Ingredients
- 190 g cooked short-grain rice
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 sheet nori
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Steps
- Scramble the egg in a lightly oiled pan with soy sauce and sesame oil until just set.
