Creamy Tuna Pasta
Colourful pasta tossed with tuna, softened cherry tomatoes and spinach in a light cream cheese sauce with a little melted mozzarella and cheddar.

Ingredients
- 85 g dry pasta (the creator uses colourful Pasta Pazza)
- 90 ml canned tuna in spring water, drained
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 33 ml light cream cheese
- 25 g fresh spinach
- ⅓ tsp garlic granules
- ⅓ tsp onion granules
- 13 g mozzarella, grated
- 8 g cheddar, grated
- 0.2 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 ml reserved pasta water
- ½ tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to the packet, keeping some pasta water before draining.
- Cook the cherry tomatoes with the cream cheese for 6–8 minutes, crushing some tomatoes until saucy; season with the garlic and onion granules, paprika and salt.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Fold in the tuna, mozzarella and cheddar over low heat until the cheese just melts.
- Toss in the pasta, adding pasta water as needed, then finish with lemon juice and parsley.
