Ingredients
- 150 g ground beef
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 small corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp white onion, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 30 g shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp salsa
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and tomato paste; cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Char tortillas directly over a flame or in a dry skillet until lightly blistered.
- Fill tortillas with seasoned beef and top with cheese, onion, cilantro, and salsa.
- Squeeze lime juice over the tacos and serve immediately.
