Ground Turkey Chili
A big, warming pot of turkey chili — two kinds of beans, peppers and a deep chili-spiced tomato base.

Ingredients
- 150 g ground turkey
- 80 g kidney beans
- 80 g black beans
- 100 g crushed tomato
- 40 g onion
- 30 g bell pepper
- 20 g celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 120 ml chicken stock
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium-high and brown the turkey 5-6 minutes, breaking it up.
- Add the onion, bell pepper and celery and cook 3-4 minutes until softening.
- Stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin and paprika and toast for 1 minute.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, both beans and the stock and stir well.
- Simmer uncovered 25-30 minutes, stirring now and then, until thick.
- Season with salt to taste and serve.
