Harissa Beef Sheet Pan Kebabs
Juicy beef mince kebabs spiced with harissa, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, ginger and fresh coriander, baked on a sheet pan and finished under the grill.

Ingredients
- 150 g beef mince (15% fat)
- 20 g onion, grated and strained
- 1 tsp harissa paste, or to taste
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 0.17 tsp ginger paste
- ¼ red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 g fresh coriander, finely chopped
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 0.17 tsp all-purpose seasoning
- 0.17 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- A light spray of oil
Steps
- Mix the beef mince with the onion, harissa, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander and all the spices, then cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Take the mixture out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking and preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spread the mince evenly on a greased sheet pan, divide into long kebabs, press shallow indents along each and lightly spray with oil.
- Bake on the middle shelf for 12 minutes, then grill on the top shelf at maximum heat for 3–4 minutes.
- Drain off any excess fat and serve with flatbreads, salad and your favourite sauce.
