Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
Crispy golden tenders from the air fryer, no deep-frying — plus a quick spicy-sweet ranch dip.

Ingredients
- 200 g chicken tenderloin
- 20 g flour
- 1 egg
- 30 g panko
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 30 g ranch
- ½ tsp buffalo sauce
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ tsp chili crisp
Steps
- Season the tenders with the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow bowls: flour, beaten egg, panko.
- Coat each tender in flour, dip it in egg, then press it into the panko.
- Spray the tenders with oil on both sides.
- Air fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until deep golden and cooked through.
- Stir the ranch, buffalo sauce, honey and chili crisp into a dip and serve alongside.
