Honey Lemon Garlic Glazed Salmon
Crispy-skinned pan-seared salmon finished in a sticky honey, lemon, soy and garlic glaze with a kick of chilli flakes and a little butter.

Ingredients
- 135 g salmon fillet (cut in 2 if thick)
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1–2 small garlic cloves, minced or grated
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
- Season the salmon with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Mix the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt into a glaze.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook 2 minutes more.
- Pour in the glaze and let it bubble for about a minute, spooning it over the salmon as it thickens.
- Stir the butter into the sauce, garnish with parsley and serve with the extra glaze spooned over.
